Uniform Shirts

Anyone know where I can get long-sleeve uniform shirts for a pencil necked, gorilla armed pilot? I've tried just about all the usual places, but the sleeve length I need doesn't seem to be available until two neck sizes bigger than me.

Our max trip is 14 days so they bring us home for a couple then send us out again. It would be easier just to stay there and let them send the wife to me, but they don't see it that way.
