Well, he moved up the ladder pretty quickly..CFI for 7 months, Eagle not even 2 years-who did he know?
 
I will summarize for those who do not wish to read the whole document: Pilots hired at CAL 2005 and after are Gen X 'ers meaning they have an inflated sense of entitlement and are impatient for advancement. They are also so young that they cannot relate to more senior pilots. It is terrible, just terrible, that this young group has experienced career stagnancy. CAL should buy out senior pilots and upgrade junior pilots on merit, so that these pilots can have the amazing career trajectory that they need and deserve.

Seriously, thats what it says. I am not making this up.
 
I guess he and Tim Martins probably were at Eagle together so they probably know the same folks.
