And if you don't like the results you can just toss ALPA and start your own union. It will work out just fine.

No, no it won't Lear. A binding award will eventually catch up to you, and I hope you personally pay up big time. Make sure you tell your new Westie Capt that you think he is part of the "Sand People." That will go over great. Three walk arounds each leg for you! Fun!

Bye Bye---General Lee

Chris Gullikson. What a dbag. Let the record show that a UAL guy sued first. Well actually lawyered up before the list even came out...

Why don't you read the complaint. It has to do with the SFO 737 bid not the ISL.

09-03-2013 SLI Release ????

.......
We were advised by the arbitration panel today that they will not be completed with the Integrated Seniority List (ISL) this week and are instead anticipating their award on Tuesday, Sept. 3. This was not unanticipated, as the original timeline, and the current one, are only estimates. Plans for a special meeting of the CAL MEC remain in place, and the date will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate the issuance of the award.

As for today’s hearing regarding a group of L-UAL pilots’ request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the release of the ISL that was filed in U.S. District Court, the judge stated that the request did not meet any of the criteria for granting relief and the request for a TRO was denied in its entirety. Thus, the issuance of the award and list will not be delayed as a result of the request.

We will continue to keep you informed.

Capt. Jay Pierce
CAL MEC Chairman

Seat/equipment ratio are the norms....Ask for what you want but....arbitrators award you enough seniority to "be what you are"....

Take it, run, be happy....or risk riding the usapa train, a journey who's destination remains murky....if the costs of it all are not

List to be finished Sept 3rd.

Didn't ALPA tell us with this POS contract the ISL was expected in May? Ah well, at least with the 10 year yield spiking since May some one is getting paid for our "lump sum"! BTW, Capital Grill End of Summer Happy Hour tonight baby! Don't sweat it, Grand Admiral Moak will be out of the office by noon on Friday!
