How often do you have bids that would allow a lateral from EWR/GUM into IAH?

Twice a year, as per contract. Usually January and July/August. I've seen more when necessary.

Hats off to the Joint Committee that negotiated this agreement. The furloughed United pilots have an opportunity to come over to CAL in the mean time at payrates that they had at United at the time of their furlough......welcome.
