Great Video. If only it were done with real footage but still surprisingly moving.:crying:

There is a slide show out there as well that is pretty awesome too.

Maybe someone could post it here as well?

Thanks.

That was awsome! Boy, I miss that place.

Class 96-03-14

Third generation TWA

"Trim the cowl flaps", "High Blower!", "9 Blades",

Those were the days. I was born in the wrong decade.

Did not work for them...but man were they a class act every time I rode on them. They treated jumpseaters like a king. Always first class seat when it was available. Nothing but good memories from my experiences with TWA.

Cool. My first airplane ride was on a TWA DC-9 out of OKC. And yes we actually dressed up to get on the airplane, early 80's. Part of the reason why I chose the B717 at my current company, close to a 9 as I will ever get.

My dad always flew TWA out of OKC for business trips and I remember getting to go to the cockpit as a "visitor" and the Captain handing my brother, who was 8 I was 5, the microphone to get the clearance to STL. He was supposed to say the ATIS was Alpha but said Alfalfa, uh Little Rascals anyone.

Many a trips to Will Rogers World Airport to pick my dad up from a TWA flight as a kid.

I miss TWA.

Great Video.

I would make one change. It was written, "It took 75 years to build and only one man's greed to destroy", I say, "not one man, but the greed of a whole company".....

"Two Great Airlines, One Great Future" Hahhhh!

Great tribute. Remember, it's not the airline but the family that built it. I never worked with such a fine group of employees as I did at TWA.

Whale

Awesome. Is the greedy man Ichan or Cardy?
