My airline does not have trip/duty rigs and I am looking to get an idea of how other airlines have them set up!

So if any regionals out there have them...could someone please elaborate and the same goes to any major airlines!

Thanks!

SkyWest

At skywest we have the following rigs:

Minimum monthly line: 80 hours (75 reserve)
Min. daily: 3.75 hours (lookback on daily basis, not monthly)
1 hour of pay for each 2 hours on duty
1 extra hour of pay for each hour of duty beyond 12 hours (14 hour max duty day scheduled)
Pay each leg the greater of actual block or historical block
100% cancelation pay for any reason (line holders only)
deadhead pay one for one

Some regionals have it better, some don't.

Speaking strictly about rig at Air Wisconsin:

1 hour pay for every 2 hours on Duty

1 hour pay for every 3.5 hours at work. (Moment you check in for a trip until you're done on the last day.)

Other work rules to along with it that aren't rig related.

Like CesnaCapt said, some places have better deals about specific parts of their pay, other places don't. Mesa pilots may roll over and it's a safe bet nothing about their TA is better.

We have 1 for 5 for AWFB(away from base pay) you take the time you show up for work at base and the time you leave your work at base and divide it by five. Or block time whichever is greater. 12 days off per month and you have the option of the day or they will pay you for the day if they need you and you agree. Hour garentee of 70 hours per month block or credit you can fly more if you sign up for it. Two months out of the year will be a designated 85 hour garentee month and the company has the option to designate which one.
