One of my all time favorites......0501am departures from the islands. For those not familiar with our night override pay, it ends at 0500am.

Jetblue says it is a 3 day which most pilots and FLiCA count as a 4 day for swap, drop and QOL purposes.

1 for 3.5 Trip Rig. Not the greatest but its a start.

So I guess you've never done a DEN 3 day back to back to back. That's 30hrs for 9 days of work. It's a start? No it's an embarrassment. But don't worry, we have guys that sell their youngest for DH turn.

Oh and FYI if you think commuting off a redeye is ok and consider that commutable we really need to rethink our standards

Guess we shouldnt talk about the 21:30credit 3 days we used to do that got done at 5am on day three..

These new pilots trying to " find their way " may just call me a liar

Funny how i pull up my schedules from 6 years ago and I was getting 85-90hrs with 18-20 days off..

Now on a good month i get 16 and typically 15 days off for low 80's credit

At least i am fortunate to get the majority of my flying commutable

Hey its fun to work an extra month and a half more a year for less pay and horrible benefits
