IXR... what the hell are you smoking?? Are you serious? I'm not sure if you really work for NJA or are management. If you really think that then please keep it to yourself. Please look at the latest NBAA salary survey. A 401k and medical certainly doesn't pay my mortgage. these are benefits that most large companies provide.
If you are an NJA pilot please call your P2P rep and/or an MEC member and get the real deal. You are in for an awakening.
