Written test (135/AIM)
Sim (Air work, ILS to a missed, visual to a full stop...apparently using TEB now)
CP and HR interview (Tell us about a time when....)

- Do you mind if we don't pay you when you go to training?
- Regarding Vacation, you can just trade schedules with other pilots to get your time off, is that OK with you?

They're not paying folks while in initial training or do you mean when they go for recurrent? Either way is not cool, but wait, I thought that day rate thing was suppose to be better for the pilots...hahahaha!
