Tipping the Van driver....

Servers Make way below min wage because they rely on TIPS for their salary. Van drivers make alot more or even close to min. wage.

If van driver is ontime and gets my bags, Then I think $1 is more than enough. They donot depend on our tips to make a living as do a server in a restaurant.

My mailman gets $50 around christmas time, so does the gardner, cleaning lady, security guard at the gatehouse and the dockmaster at the marina.
