Silly mind game but you have to run all possibilities through the noggin:

20K ' and you get both deployed. Stuff the nose down to maintain flying speed. What would the airplane do if both deployed symmetrically?
Would they get ripped off? Would it just drop like a meteor?
 
I seem to remember an incident where something like this happened in a Lear - both T/R's were ripped off the airplane.
