No rumblings, just do it, as more companies can pull this off, the easier it will be to say "well that is the way they do it at airline XYZ", and doesn't management love saying that to US?

People have put some ill out to the JB pilot group, but THEY are keeing this flying in house! Let USAirways, do it as well. AirTran flies the 717 in house.
For all the bashing of the LCCs they may have saved the legacies many more jobs if they adopt the theory of keeping all flying at ONE airline. Hmmmmmm.
