The water takeoff that wasn't.

Well I have looked at the video a few times and have noticed something. That river seems to have a pretty sharp bend in it. It seems he was trying to follow the bend of the river but with way too much speed. He was actually banking into the turn to make the sharp bend in the river. When his right float touches the water, the drag further tightens up the turn. After that, physics took over and he lost control.

It was obvious he was still carrying lots of power even after trying to go under those power lines. Looks like another classic example of "Watch this!"
