Unless the CO people in IAH are a whole different animal than the group of CO people in the Northeast... I think the Colgan people will be pleasantly surprised by the behavior of CO ops. If their only frame of reference is USAir folks, CO is a whole different, and better, ballgame.

When I worked for Commutair and they switched over to CO from USAir, the difference was almost unbelievable. Commutair had some serious teething pain in the area of load factors and such, but the CO people in Boston and throughout the Northeast system were pleasant, professional and very good to work with... And that is something that exists only in pockets in the USAir system.

Then again, I never dealt with CO people in Texas, so perhaps they are different.

As for the new Saab paint scheme, I don't agree with the color choice of the nacelles, but otherwise it's a nice looking plane.
