Looks like the CRJ line could be over -700, -900, & -1000 included!
Um...cutting production isn't the same as ending production.

DC-9s are still flying... production might slack off but they aren't going anywhere. Airplanes last a while

I saw a DC-3 taxing out yesterday in Fort Lauderdale... didn't realize they still made those these days.

I was going to respond, but couldn't have said it any better than this. This is a cutting of production rate not the production line itself. BIIIIIIIIG difference.

Yup, airplanes....not crj's! Equating/Comparing the durability of a DC-9 and a CRJ? PRICELESS!

Come on now a airplane is durable as long as someone continues to throw money at it.

Did you even bother to read the article?

If you want to say something, say it. But don't be stupid.
I did, and as I said "could" be not "would" be...I'm not stupid but thanks.

Probably cutting now and ending production soon because of the 'C' series.
Do they still make the EMB 145's? Or did they stop after starting the 170-190 series.

If ASA doesn't get rid of these red arrow days soon I'm going to start my own airline. I already have financial backing from my good friend, Chuck Norris. We will keep Bombardier in business for a while. All you furloughed guys send your application to www.palmairexpress.com. Anyone with a law enforcement background will be given special consideration.
