Well I know I'm not the only guy scratching my head while reading a thread full of acronyms. Add what you know, and we might have the first productive thread ever on FI. I'll start.

FWIW= For What It's Worth
IMO= In My Opinion
IMHO= In My Humble Opinion
MIGS= Members In Good Standing
STFU= Shut the F**k UP

My mistake, didn't mean to be a "buzzkill". I thought you were trying to do something useful, so I gave a few links, even though most of this material has been covered ad nauseum elsewhere on the web. IMO, the only ones that might need covering here are the union specific acronyms. Well so far you have MIGS...
Here's a few more:

TA = Tentative Agreement
CBA = Collective Bargaining Agreement
RLA = Railway Labor Act
NMB = Natioanal Mediation Board
IBT = International Brotherhood of Teamsters
