Take something heavy and shaped like a block and throw it at them. I think that's how you do it.
 
...I have no desire to be confined to watching the minimal channels that the TV service offers, If they offered all the DirectTV's channels, that would be different! Nothing like having the option of watching Oxygen or the Oprah Network or the Lifetime movie (Thanks)...

Don't forget thec RFD channel! We've got to keep our LBB and MAF pax happy so General Lee doesn't swoop in and steal those lucrative markets!!
 
It won't be long now before everyone has a portable TV set (kind of like XM radio). So why pay the $ to install in the aircraft.

Sounds like he was a MAC guy. My experience was they followed the book to the letter, while the SAC guys did what they had to do to get the mission done.
