Maybe you should pick your head up off the bar next time before posting. Be sure to use mouthwash before passing TSA.

:pimp:

Dude thats not called for. I dont see guys telling you how to get that salty taste out of your mouth :) :) :) ( Get rid of the boy you perv. )

Oh great, Flopgut's back. Here comes the airline infastructure history lesson Part II. That age 60 thread was the best thing to happen to this site in years. It kept you tied up for a while!

I quit paying attention for a while, and all of a sudden you guys got Chase "frontin & stuntin" like the SWA/FO:pimp: !

Seriously guys, who doesn't like building runways? Airport improvements are cool, we're all going to use them. Tis the season!

Love Field involved the most contentious airport fight ever, is HQ to the most profitable US airline in history, and somehow doesn't meet it's funding requirements?! Poor form guys.

I think the WA got solved pretty clean, but what SWA should have done is bought it. The whole airport. Matter of fact, buy King CO, and a few others! It's expensive compared to the LA fee increases, but then you could do what you want and no one can argue with you.

Or is it that airport improvement costs should always be another airlines' burden? You didn't go to DFW, you've had fee drama with DEN and SEA, you don't take care of Love, what's the deal?

PS: I'm mellowed out, may not sound like it. I moved so I don't have my SWA pilot neighbor. Everything's cool and I'm glad you guys continue to pull down big money (one less pilot group to worry about). Merry Christmas and all, I'm just good naturedly disagreeing on airport stuff.

Happy Holidays to you Flopgut. You make great points most of the time. I just don't agree when it comes to all the SWA stuff, not that I'm biased.:D

where did you move to?

Time to pull-out of LAX. Juarez is close-by right? Maby it can be our LA relief airport. There are probably no airport costs there. Wonder if they have an el Starbuckso? Plus it will provide a seamless transition to our beginning of Int'l ops.

I'm gonna get you a Captain's Atlas for Christmas!

You might want to brush up on your geography before you attempt international ops. You might just end up in Dubai instead of Mumbai. It's not Kansas ya know....

Everyone keeps poking fun at Lowe's avatar....do you not know that scene? That movie? Surely one of the most quoted and funniest ever. Fire away at Lowe, but leave the avatar dude alone. He's got enough to worry about with Carl and all.

Those are part of the UK right? Or was it the Netherlands? I hear Eastern Europe is nice this time of year. At least they speak English.
BVT, decide on your watch yet?

Of course...Caddyshack.

But that avatar doesn't make Lowecur worth much.

I think it's by Amsterdam!I heard Dubai is nice. Sheiks rollin in their Bentley's, sippin on Starbucks, with the "friendly" russian women.

SWA is smart for doing this. Airlines are going after CASM increases by cutting employee benefits/pay.

Airports themselves have rarely shared the pain since the 2001 slowdown. They are fat on cash, fat on middle management & departments of redundancy & in need of streamlining themselves.
