Keep your phones close....calls are going out today. I just received a call from the People Dept about an hour ago. Looks like they are continuing with the alphabet (mine is P). That makes 5/23 for Aug 24.

What a week this has been.

Thanks for the kind words, BH. What makes this a whole lot easier to take is that I've got a great job I really love. If I hadn't made the cut a few years ago, while still living on the pager doing the 135 thing, I would be devastated.

As things are, I've been patient for a long time, I'm happy to wait another year or two.

Calls still rollin!!!

The calls are still going out! I got called by the PD about 430. Interviewd the 14th last name with 'S'. SO there is still hope. Good luck to all!

My buddy just got the call around 730pm est. his letter is "T". person who he talked to said they were trying to get all the calls out because there are a bunch to be made. congrats to all that got it...

I got a call last week inviting me to an October interview. Are all of the DB's done around the 11th or 12th of the month? Lots of preparation to do....

Hard to say anymore. Recently they added a 2nd DB in August (Aug 28) due to the increased number of interviews. Not sure if they will continue in the future.

I had a message last night, but got the call today! I interviewed on the 16th. I'm an S, and another S got the call as well today from the 16th interview group. I was also told to expect about 3 months till class.

I'm in the process of applying for a name change to Z9____. Hopefully that will put my name back in the hat. Otherwise, I am hoping that they dropped the folder and didn't see that they have passed my name.

I am delighted to see so many from the 8/23 interview selected. A very impressive group to interview with.

It was worth the experience to interview, and until I receive the letter, will keep the faith. Otherwise, it is only 11 more months to reapply, reinvest, and continue to contribute.

I sincerely wish those who made it recently the very best.
