Just do the profession a favor, put your best strategy and arguments forward, lay it all on the line, but when the cards are dealt, remember that binding arbitration is supposed to be binding.

I don't work for either carrier but have friends that work for both. Seriously, good luck y'all.

But +1 on the binding thing.
 
I'm not too concerned, either. Look at my profile . . . . I'm a deranged air trucker . . . . . who owns a lot of AAI stock. I fly on them all the time to Hawaii.
