Just do the profession a favor, put your best strategy and arguments forward, lay it all on the line, but when the cards are dealt, remember that binding arbitration is supposed to be binding.

11-12 days. I have had months where I was home 20 days, and months where I was away 18. The balance is pretty comfortable....
