Hello:

Anyone else having problems with their online app? I logged in to update, everything looked fine. When I do an update it never shows up, just the old information is shown.

Then when I click view detail about my past employers it is all mixed up with other ones. If I click on XYZ employer is shows the information for ABC... strange.

I tried to correct it, but the old stuff shows up no matter what.

Thanks for any info!

Call the PD on Monday, explain the situation, they'll have some answers for you......also some folks on here may have had your similar experience & will provide some insight but don't stress over it too long...call the folks who know & they'll work with you....too much other stuff to stress over...thanks for your interest in SWA BTW...good luck on getting the call...cheers...gotta go fly!!!
 
i had the same problem last year and it was a problem that was fixed a few days later, but listen to chase... call the PD, they will help you out.

Are you running a mac? I had to go to the local library b/c the app would not run on my mac, even through internet explorer. Also, I would update my app monthly and one month to my surprise all my info was gone!!! I discussed this with the PD and they told me that this was not common, but possible. Never fear, I got an interview call 2 months later. Good luck.
 
Ok, now I am really confused!? I checked and my stuff was on there a few weeks ago and now all it has is my basic profile with no flight times or employment history. hmmm...

Thanks! Just got off the phone with them. I called the benefits department and they fwded me there. Haha.. haven't even got an interview yet and I am already calling your retirement department!!
