Scope you are an idiot....since you do not work here you have nothing to say...the plane was being pushed back when it ran into the other tail....last time I checked the tug drive has the responsibility to not hit other aircraft....dumba$$

I don't work there either, but i second your post RedDog...my first thought when i saw this was that it was the pushback driver as well.

Another pay for training expert heard from. Good thing you had to buy your job or you would have never got hired.
Now go and buy a brain, moron!

This is easy

So where was the ATL announcement? Did I miss it? Will SWA start nonstop service from ATL to LBB or MAF? I will buy the first ticket (via a Zone fare or ID90) between ATL and LBB nonstop. IT WILL BE FANTASTIC. I will thank the crew right after the flight, although I do know they have to hurry up with the quick turn, and continue on to ELP, SAN, SFO, and LAS.

Bye Bye--General Lee

Sorry General but the jumpseats are full. Guess you'll have to fly NorthDelta to DFW and rent a car.

.... and you bet we'll be in a hurry. 25 minutes isn't a long time for 137 off and 137 on. Last time I checked I get paid for FLIGHT TIME, not ground time.

Ciao,
Gup

You must have missed the part of my post where I stated I would BUY a ticket (at a discount, though, thanks for that). And if you could fill 137 seats nonstop from ATL to LBB, that would be FANTASTIC. Oh wait, some of those people may be continuing on to ELP, SAN, SFO, or LAS, just like you. Enjoy that and keep it FANTASTIC out there...

Sure, every time you open your nut drainer!

Oh that's it eh junior? Because I didn't get hired? Is that what the koolaid servers tell you down there? Now I realize where you come from, nothing spells loving like marrying your cousin, but not everyone wants to buy their job like you and the rest of the skirt dressing dolts there! Keep up the comebacks, you and your girls bravodude and milpilot17 make this place worth visiting.:D

They not only said no, they said HE!! NO; multiple times. Doesn't take much to pick out a product of incest.

Watch that potty mouth young lady, or you might end up in solitary once again!

Scope...just accept the fact that you made an error..you thought the plane was under power from the pilot..when in fact it was being towed...

You throw out the PFT stuff...but you really do not know where I got my type from do you? Either way it would have paid for itself by now. I sure hope I do not have a miserable career like you..not saying I won't..just hope I won't ....good luck to you old man

You missed "the Bank", as in ELP, SAN, SFO, LAS, and the Bank (to cash our Checks.)

I have friends at Delta and they don't believe the Money we make to fly to those "Crappy places"....Thanks Herb!

Later,
KBB

You must have missed all of my posts that stated I liked your pay rates, your stews, and your current management. Everything else, NO THANKS. If you want to work like a DAWG (4 or 5 leg days)only on a 737, then go for it! A well paid dawg at that! I will stick with one or two legs a day, max, and maybe go to the 777 eventually or bid something else. Ah, choices are good. Later.

Workin' like a dawg

General, I just finished tiling my kitchen and patio and started a irrigation ditch- easy stuff. Now, you want to talk about working? Today, i fly 4 legs today in a 737 and end up in Midland. I call that borderline human rights abuse. General, quit being such drama queen and get off your high horse.

What do you do tomorrow? I bet more than 4 legs...... Hey, that is FANTASTIC that you love doing that. Awesome. I wouldn't want to. You have great pay and some fun stews, and besides that, I wouldn't want your job. It really drives you guys CRAZY that someone doesn't want what you have. Your lack of variety in aircraft, added to quick turns and long days is not interesting to some people. As I have stated before, a SWA FO said to me "They work us like Dawgs." He probably does have a nice car, though. Good for him and you. I also have a nice car, since my wife works. She is FANTASTIC at being an advertising Exec.

Long days...I knock out 3,4,5 legs in less than 10 hours...then I am in a hotel...that is not long....sitting or even resting in a plane for 12-15 hours sounds like torture...but you are right each person likes their own type of flying....I have 0 desire to do international. I do not consider Canada or Carribean or even Mexico Int'l for that purpose...I wish our company did long-haul stuff but I would not want to fly it.

And because you drive like you just stole it, things like this will continue to happen!

Southwest planes touch on ground in San Diego
Thursday March 5, 9:36 pm ET Southwest planes touch as jet leaves gate in San Diego; no injuries reported
SAN DIEGO (AP) -- A Southwest Airlines jet's wingtip clipped the tail end of another Southwest plane as it left its gate Thursday.
No one was injured when the Boeing 737s touched on the ground around 3:45 p.m. PST at San Diego's Lindbergh Field, said Ian Gregor, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration.
Both planes were taken out of service and customers were moved to other aircraft, said Southwest spokeswoman Whitney Eichinger.
The plane that left the gate was headed for San Francisco International Airport. The plane that was hit in its gate was destined for Kansas City International Airport.
The San Francisco-bound plane was not under the direction of the FAA as the pilot left the gate, Gregor said.

Last month one of our 757's (CAL) got whacked by a SWA jet in FLL. It was early morning and the SWA folks didn't bother to call for push meanwhile the CAL plane was cleared to push by ground/ramp. I flew with the Capt. the next week and he got to spend that entire day with the Feds filling out paperwork.

SWA and DL are not really alike as we can see. The key is that at DL we can do either longhaul or shorthaul. We aren't restricted to only INTL or only DOM. Some people like fewer legs or longer legs with snooze time. The problem with multiple leg days is usually the last day of your trip--- when you are already tired and want to finish. That last LGA turn you will have from MDW will extend that 5 leg day to an eternity---mired with delays. That is when you will feel at your worst. But hey, you will have a lot of cash when you are done...

This doesn't surprise me. These cowboys are constantly hurrying!

Good thing for you too! That's why you have westjet and volaris!

Dude, get over it, live and let live...

You're like the guy who is constantly bashing the chick he so badly wants but will never get to sleep with.

Really? I heard "small" and "limp", but not fun. Is there an incest fetish you'd like to share General? Do you own a banjo?
