Is SWA making calls for interviews everyday or do they schedule interviews during the first part of the month only.

They usually schedule interviews for 3 weeks, 12 days during the month. Callouts usually occur 2 - 2/5 weeks in advance of those dates. Hope that helps.

I thought the calls were already over for May interviews, but LL called me on Monday, 26 Apr. Still had the last half of the month to choose from.

Does anyone have an estimate on how many more people there are that applied to SWA prior to Jan 04 that have not yet been called for an interview?

Or has anyone that applied after Jan 04 been called yet?

The real answer lies with the PD or people that are part of the hiring process. I know of many that applied prior to Jan 2004 with types and without that have not been called. Some have posted about being called after applying in Jan 2004 with and without types. I would be surprised if anyone other than the PD had accurate estimates about anything. I personally think that the original application date has little to no importance. Good luck! and more imporantly good patience. They will call everybody eventually...

I have seen posts saying they have heard of people being called who did not apply until Jan 04 (someone's cousin told their friend that they heard from their sister's best friend's roommate kind of thing). I have not seen a post from anyone that actually did it.

That said, yes I have patience.

I know of at least 2 guy that have been interviewed that just applied in January

Seems like the majority of folks getting called had the app in before Jan 2004.

I think they are going in alphabetical order. I have stopped worrying about how they are calling, even though I am itching to move on with my career. Our times will all come. Congrats to those who have gotten interviews and those who are already feeling the LUV.
