Another thread stated you guys would get a bunch of new NG 737s in the next few years, but you may also be replacing those older 733s and 735s with them. If that is the case, then you may not see much internal growth at all. That means a tough couple more years for your junior folks.

The word from HQ is no hiring until late 2012 or 2013. Looks like a few ASM added here and there, but some of that will be by replacing -500s with -700s and -800s.
