Not sure where you get 17 days off for a reserve line holder. Reserve lines are always 15 days in the 30-31 day months and 14 days in February. Generally consist of three 4-day blocks and one three day block in the 30-31 day months. They pay 90 TFP in most months and 84 TFP in February. You cannot line improvement trip trade with the company. You can trade or giveaway your reserve with other pilots though. You can also end up with 6 days of reserve in a row with monthly overlap or a nine day block that consists of 4 days on 1 day off and another 4 days on reserve.

This^^^^ is why reserve needs to be fixed and should've been a long time ago
