Come on man. You have to go out and "BUY" a Type rating to work at SWA. Do you think we are Fools. It is what it is. I don't care what you sign or don't sign. Call it Buy a Job, Pay for training, call it what ever you want.

Raja, this ain't the same company in the back of Rolling Stone where you bought all your college term papers from.

I know of several folks who really wanted to work for SWA, paid to get their 737 type and, unfortunately, were not hired.

They say that there is a fine line between Genius and Crazy, but isn't your post a little heavy fisted? There is only one place some of us wanted to work, and you're calling the act of chasing a dream foolish? There is no reason to pursue something with anything less than 150% effort.
