Here's my take:

I have it from very reliable sources that GC has told the folks doing the hiring that lack of a degreee is not a showstopper. HOWEVER, I can only post my stats and draw some conclusions:

2400 Turbine PIC
737 Type
9 years AD, CFI, Freight Dog, 135 International, 121
No degree

-No phone call. So, I'm finishing my BS. My opinion is that the lack of degree won't keep you from getting hired at SW, but it may prevent you from getting the call to interview. Chase offers some good advice; work on the things you can control.
