I have a buddy waiting to hear, is the DB still the 31st?

The wait is killing me...

I interviewed Jul 14th, and was told the DB would be Aug 31. I've been gone on a trip for 2 weeks, but hadn't heard of any changes to that. Any SWA folks with updated info?

In the meantime, I'm not getting the mail after 31 Aug until the phone rings!

I haven't inquired lately but I assume it hasn't changed. I would believe the date would remain the same since pilots within SWA who are recommending folks may be basing their submission letters on the date of the DB, moving it up might cause some problems & complaints. Doesn't make it so but the 31st is what is being advertised as of now. Good luck to all!
