On the AT side there are still 1172 that have not transferred over to SWA... The new training matrix that was just released shows only 312 slots through August 2014....
That leaves 860 pilots to train between Sept-Dec...

What's going on?

Or maybe its 860 guys that don't...
1. Want to start commuting earlier than necessary
2. Give up their capt seat
3. Give up their pay
4. Have important family events that take precedence to being gone 2 months for training

Don't let the views and opinions of a vocal minority that have nothing better to do than vent on FI influence your views on your newest colleagues. Malcontents? Sure, we got them. Half the group...No way.

Don't forget the checkairman that have bid for classes yet remain on this side for whatever reason and forcing more over that aren't ready.

BTW, they used the vocal minority venting on a website to elevate their opinion that we all wanted to work there.

5. Or are too junior. I'm in that group and my original comment was flame. (But that's how we are viewed from central TX)

Be careful red, that Xtreme Texan seems to have designs on you

You're assuming that AT pilots are coming over via a seniority bid. That is not the case. Many of us are watching junior pilots go over (some forced) while our bid to transition is denied.
