The "out of seniority" rumor is just that, a rumor.

The ATA pilot bitch-board is red hot with this. Threats of lawsuits, etc.

One officer that wasn't privvy started it. Two others, including the MEC chair, rebutted it. The way it stands now, people will be paid to sit home awaiting retraining for their displacement. Either way, no one is too excited, to put it mildly, about cutting deals with a management group that's on its way out.

When SWA takes over, it will only be the employees that it wants. And I'm sure SWA has clearly indicated to ATA what it want's. SWA is going to require that ATA take care of these issues on their dollar.

Thank budda SWA is not ALPA!
