My thoughts...

I can understand how other carriers feel about SWA...the low fare competition means lower profits, sometimes losses, and ultimately cost jobs. IBM used to charge unbelievable prices on their computers before the competition came around. They changed their strategy and made adjustments to stay in the business. Like XXpress1 said "the consumer decides what they want". Remember, this is a changing industry and, like IBM, airlines will have to make big changes to stay in the business. Capitalism makes this country great...eliminates greed and makes us better at what we do.
