Spirit 's new minimums

Even though the minimums are still at 2500 TT on spiritair.com, they are now at 5000 TT on airlineapps.com

since there are so many qualified professionals and no one else is hiring they should have no problem attracting pilots especially those military guys who have tons of time

I agree, I was trying to get a friend of mine in with less than 5000 TT.
As long as it doesnt change on spiritair.com I am still going to try. never know.
additionnaly, it looks like Spirit is getting 20 A320 in addition to the 25 A 319 and also adding more destinations. (to be confirmed but the order is on Airbus.com)
Therefore they might need to hire a lot of people, so who knows, maybe they will drop the minimums back to where they were.

Yeah, thanks. Good luck to your friend, too. My buddy was trying to get me in, but I'm still slowly creeping up to 3000TT; still well shy. I've got 1100TPIC and over 1k ME, but oh well. Life goes on!
