There are picture examples in the contract...monahagn looked and sounded like a moron, "i guess i don't understand it" probably won't go too far...and since they at first correctly applied the new transition rules, notified people, then realized they didn't have the people to do it, then re-notified people that the transition rules have changed.
I'm not sure the company will do too well.
