You mean "It was supposed to close October 1st of last year". But, that didn't happen. When you make statements like that, it might confuse people.



Point being, All that Spirit management does is cut costs on the backs of their employees and send mass e mails that don't ever amount to anything.

DTW is closing for good OCT 1st.


We have to keep the competition guessing
They will always have more planes, more cash, more political clout, and more network strength than we will, even as we double our fleet over the next four years. We must compete in a more tactical, guerrilla style, meaning that we have to be smarter and keep our opponent guessing. We can do this by having costs that average 40% lower than theirs, and using this advantage to charge fares where we can make money…. and they cannot
