Front 9 wrote: interesting because to get to LAS from LAX you need to go thru PHX-TUS-PHX-OKC-MCI-PHX-LAS. Its possible you could break down anywhere in between.

Please, when you post something make sure it is accurate.

One thing is a fact. Southwest treats their passengers better than anyone in the industry, and it shows. The 300's are realing showing their age for sure.

Have you EVER seen a legacy carrier hold their flights for connections?

At Southwest, they do it every single day without complaint. And the passengers realize that kind of service.

Actually legacies do hold flights every single day. Usually its for groups of people. Do the hold it for one person probably not, but they do it all time. I've never complained about holding a flight nor have I seen anyone else do so?????

Another SWA bash fest of FI ... who'd a thunk it?

SWA is by far one of the best run airlines, or companies for that matter, out there. This will pass. Literally SWA controls the southwest portion of the US in terms of domestic air travel.

Everytime I js on SWA they treat me great - and since I live in the southwest I use them almost exclusively. I've js'ed on DAL, UAL, CAL, NWA (when it was NWA), Airtran, and US Air. SWA and Airtran are great...US Air - worst experience ever.

nice attitude there kid.

maybe you shouldnt post anymore, it just makes you look really ignorant and everyone else here agrees. And that post shows it.

Actually, no one agrees and it is your ignorance that is showing. If you do not know what you are talking about, it is best the keep your mouth shut.;)

Turns out that SWA wasn't talking about mechanical problems with aircraft - they meant problems out of their control at airports such as power outages, or intrument landing systems go down when needed, or all the de-icing equipment breaks down, etc.

well ok, no one cares what you think either.....the worst part is (since there is no "delete" button) I wasted 6 seconds on a reply to you as well.
