coming to Altus, Oklahoma. This is a chance for you to hear about the

Regardless, I'll have my navy blue suit on and power red tie, just in case they get a wild itch to interview pilots on the spot again...

Recommendation: Dress casual. Don't come "dressed" for an interview, come and be yourself and meet both HPA and SWA folks. Just some simple advice.

I went to a Higher Power and SWA get together in June at Virgina beach. Rebekah Krone was there to give us information about the hiring practice and what to expect in the hiring process.. The future plans for SWA was nice to know. If you have the type your time will come just hang in there and update regularly. The phone will ring sooner or later. Fly safe

Anybody know the approximate hiring percentage at SWA of those who get interviewed. Also, are any types of background preferable?

I went to one of these show and tells at Altus about 18 months ago. It is really a recruiting visit for HPA type ratings and some really good info from SWA. It is well worth the time to attend. Mark and HPA are first class and they have munchies etc., as well as an open forum after all the presentations are done. Rebecca will give you a chance to ask questions also.

DON'T wear a suit. It's casual. Use your best judgement, but nearly everyone there was in kakis and a polo type shirt.
