The class has already started, but I guess the guys in Miami are too ashamed to admit they signed the "training agreement".

A class of 20 (Actually only 10 showed) for SAI is underway. Since half the class didn't show, I imagine there will be more recruiting underway. I heard two no-shows were because of the training bond. So yes, I think the bond is still in effect for now...
