So Bombardier built 5 aircraft off the record without an official order to a bankrupt carrier, I think their stock holders would like to hear about that. If they do exist, they will be going to compass for a while. To top it off it looks like the FA's at mainline are already saying no to the new TA.SEVEN said:A friend of a friend of a friend of a chief pilot said there were 5 crj700's already in NW paint in Montreal. But of course, no tail numbers to give it away just yet. My $ is on XJ. That was the plan all along.

YourPilotFriend said:The base primer for the CRJ paint is similar to NWA silver, somebody probably saw this and thought they were NWA airplanes.
Alright I got an anwser, the purchase agreements were postponed till sometime in august if the flight attendants ratify their deal and the pension bill is passed. These aircraft are for compass airlines, they have to ramp that airline up first before they probably sell it.PCL_128 said:On that, you and I agree. I don't think there are any Bombardier products coming to NWA anytime soon. Now, Embraer products.....

IF we had to come up with a new contract, why can't we throw in some non-monetary items as improvements. I don't want concessions, but IF they are coming, can't we get something in return? Couldn't we get things like a seat on the board? Firm up some contract oversights in reserve scheduling
SEVEN said:You're forgetting who you're talking to. YPF. Not only does he have Doug's home number, he's on his deck right now having top sirloins on the company credit card.

Take a look at all the new gates that just went up at DTW, they are all configured for the CRJ 700
arthompson said:Actually they do mean something, just not what people think. DCI uses the same concourses we do in DTW, the lines were painted there for the DCI CR7's. DL planned to get additional gates in DTW before the BK.
KaptainKarl said:You can't because they don't have to. The judge gave them a ticket to set terms. Peroid. No rebuttal. No improvements on anything.
