Most of the CAL pilots I saw that were furloughed were the guys in the left seat via the flowdown from CAL. They all seemed happy to have a job and not be on the street. Think of that, mainline pilots happy to be flying RJs. It will happen again, but this time with the larger RJs. And that means some of us (not you most likely) will move up the ladder too. Enjoy your misery.

You must be on drugs, or just plain dumb. There was a flow down and a flow up, and many took advantage of that deal. I wasn't hired in time for that. But, hopefully more mainline MECs will try to take back some of their old flying with the larger RJs, and I will get hired to go along with them. You won't, though, and no source needed.
