There is a lear 60 which is 135 only.

But who "owns" that Lear 60?

Keeping an aircraft up to 135 standards isn't saying much. Basically that means you comply with Ch. 5 of the Maintenace Manual, Mandatory SB's (to keep it simple). I've seen 135 aircraft I wouldn't put my dog on, let alone my family. Now I am not saying your jets are unsafe.....quite the oposite. I have had many friends at Flex formerly and I enjoyed all the fine folks at BJS.

What happened to TAG was shameful and I would truly NOT want to see the same happen to another/any other safe, legitimate operator.

I swear to God, if all these operators keep operating on the fringe of compliance the feds are going to step in and it aint gonna be pretty for any of us.
