Kerry was the one who brought up the past, now he has to live by it. I get a kick every time someone asks him a question and he double talks, a true politician, to make him look good. The gloves are off and Kerry is fair game. His past voting record is well documented and it is his downfall. Besides, he can't win the election; it will mean Hillary will have to wait another 8 years if Kerry is reelected after the first 4.

Its going to be a pathetic race either way.....
That's about the only thing that is certain. Both candidates are sleazy corporate-xxxx who'd sell their mother for a vote, much less lie and flip-flop.

It's a sorry xxxxworld ... :(

(BTW ... the idea of having to serve, in some capacity, before being allowed to vote, is an idea I could get behind - along with a flat tax.)

Understand it is not your ignorance that pi$$es me off so much as your willingness to throw around statements like that without understanding what you are talking about BEFORE you say it.

Kerry's medals, BTW, may or may not be genuine. Yes, they are in his records, but medals were easy to acquire when you were the commander of your own little unit and could put YOURSELF in for such things.

As for Kerry's judgement, I don't feel that jeopardizing the safety of your crewmen to pick up an expended rocket launcher from a mortally wounded soldier qualifies as heroic. [/B]

Looks like we have an authority on who actually deserved their medals!!!

Could you enlighten us lost souls on these few recipients:

Did Sen Inouye and Kerrey deserve their Medal of Honour?
What about Hollins and Cleland.Boswell, Peterson......?

Now lets talk about the glorious military service of:
Armey, Delay, Trent Lott, Jeb Bush, VP CHENEY, Gingrich...etc

He was awarded the Silver Star, not the Congressional Medal of Honor.

I don't remember Bush bringing this up. It was because of attacks by the Democrats, that he brought his service, and that Kerry's service is being questioned (fair is fair).

His spelling wasn't a typo. He was talking about Bob Kerrey the former Senator from Nebraska, I believe, who was awarded the Medal of Honor.

So Freddie, we now know what I have long suspected:

You are a necrophiliac...

and a coward!

[sigh] Trying to find the truth in politics is like trying to eat soup with a fork. I'm sick of it.
