FLOPS management is a real class act. :(

While the new hire pilots are in DFW at Simuflite their families are getting letters at home talking about layoffs and the bad economic conditions at FLOPS from the company CEO.

I wonder if the new hires will even get to touch an airplane before they get their layoff notice.

If there was really a threat of a layoff they would be honoring vacation requests and stop asking pilots to do overtime to fill vacancies!

This letter was just pure FUD!
