If I was an AirTran guy I'd vote yes! If a SWA guy, I'd vote no way Jose!
 
If I was an AAI guy, I'd vote no. An arbitrated decision would be better for the AAI guys even if its a crapshoot.

There are many variables and moving chess pieces. Unfortunately it is not as cut and dry as you continue to elude to.

This decision must be weighed based on it's merits, potential outcomes and items loss. It is not an easy decision for either group. Many of us have friends and family at the other carriers.

Please respect the process.
 
If I was told correctly then the quickest way to attempt to get things fixed while at the same time avoiding the arbitrator is for a quick rejection and not send it out for a vote.

Then they try one last time to fix things.

BTW... It includes every AAI pilot with this 1 for every 6 insertion average. It applies more so for our junior captains and senior FOs.
