Sounds pretty much like what I originally proposed here. The only difference is the SWA only upgrade until 2020. That would probalby make AAI F/Os unhappy.

Other than that, it seems fair enough.

Somehow, I don't think GA residence SWA pilots came into the discussion much. And guys like yoyoma got an early upgrade due to the 2020 restriction.
 
sorry just telling it like it is... airtran guys get a huge raise, and they want the world. swa shouldnt lose, we bought them! not sure why thats so hard to grasp

I was surprised that all AirTran guys got to keep their captain seats, or at least that's what it looks like. I didn't think there was a chance of that happening.
 
Yeah, this was all posted on ATN ALPA forum too....oh snap, wait, they shut it down. Nevermind.
