The only credit I shall take is cut n paste. Austin Hondo is my hero. He has the ability to do a complete socio-psych-up on someone after spending 10 mins with them. He ran circles around his supervisors...he'd get them so angry but never angry at him. Total skill and mastery. Jedi mind tricks he did. When He talks, I listen. He can run spec-ops, black ops or in your face ops. Supervisors would have no clue what was going on...
Checkrides are childs play to him. Inside of 10 minutes he'd know the examiners strengths and weaknesses and by the end of the checkride the examiner listened while he talked.
He was a TSA pilot before he went to Midway and got the 9-11 hammer. He's done great things since then......
