You are right.

The furloughed CAL pilot gets the preferred interview and they keep a CAL seniority number.

The furloughed COEX pilot gets the bottom of the application stack and must resign seniority.

not correct

actually that is not correct. when cal guys flowback to coex it is by date of hire seniority. so anyone could go to skywest ( cal or coex ) if they have an agreement to because it is date of hire, not preference of cal over coex. seniority is integrated by date of hire when they flowback.
 
Our guys over here said CAL guys would get their own stack. COEX guys get the bottom of the general applicant stack.

Sorry, I think it freaking sucks. Maybe I am ahead of myself so we will wait and see.
