Why else would SAPA be wasting their time on ironing out a payscale for the Q-4?

Doesn't mean that they won the contract, they also didn't come to an agreement and there aren't anymore meetings scheduled.
 
It's a 3 year deal. Mesa's CRJ 900 contract expires in 2015. Coincidence? I think not.

If I remember correctly, US Airways is at its max for CRJ 900s. I think they cannot bring anymore online unless others come off. Correct me if I'm wrong.

They had the chance in bankruptcy. East and west will be fully integrated when the last Easty retires.
