Just out of curiosity, how do you calculate that the last pay package at SKYW was a "net loss last time?" Honest question? How do you come to that conclusion? Is it the "didn't keep up with inflation" argument? Just wondering.Just out of curiosity, as a SKYW pilot. After voting yes for a pay package with a net loss last time, and voting DOWN a union, WTF did you think we were going to get????
Opinions, comments? votes? shoot away your 2 cents.

Serious question. Do SKYW pilots even have a say in the matter?
I am very happy with the proposed MDG increase, I think that will improve trip build up.
If the vote results are no, then it's simply that, it doesn't pass. It then goes back for renegotiation. Not to mean it will get better or worse.
That being said there is some imediancy that management wants in getting this through quickly, therefore it would seem prudent to not take the first offer given.

The UAL J4J deal (the first one), and the USAIR J4J offer, the UAL jumpseat fiasco, are some of the few things that the pilots have voted against. BTW
Hey since you aren't union can you go on strike tomorrow if you wanted? Maybe non-union is the way to go you can circumvent the whole railway labor act. Not that SKYW would it is just a thought that came to me.
