So, was either pilot wearing cowboy boots?

Probably caught a spur in the rudder pedals during the transfer of controls.

Being in San Antonio, I bet there were some cowboy boots on the passengers though. Makes you squirm I bet? (shivers)

Was the nose wheel steering failure induced--by touching the tiller at a high speed?

Honest question...what's a high speed to touch the tiller at? Greater than 60 kts??

I've had the nose wheel steering crap out on many occaisions at a snails pace. Glad the engines are more reliable than the nose wheel steering seems to be on the CRJ.

And where did the ASAP program come from again?

And why would I care where it came from? Mike Nesmiths mom invented white-out. You think he goes around reminding people all the time where it came from? And do you honestly think people give a rat's @ss?

DEETS:
Captains iPod came unplugged from the I/C, causing him to lose his groove, F/O was re-gelling his hair and couldn't grab the yoke because his hands were to slippery to save the day! Oh well!
PBR

Now's that some funny sh*t, I don't care who you are!
