After all he negotiated more scope for ASA than ALPA even thinks it is allowed to negotiate...How's that for ironic....ALPA says they can't negotiate DAL flying for ASA pilots....and Jerry does negotiate it....

Jerry negotiates with Delta. He has to, that's the way business works. ASA ALPA negotiates with ASA management. ASA management can't control Delta flying. I'm sure if they could we would have all of it.
The 80% flying out of ATL clause protects only SkyWest Inc., not the ASA pilot group. Watch in a month or two all the new SkyWest planes you see in ATL. ASA will be nowhere near 80%, but SkyWest Inc. will be.
